#Wii pangya golf professionalLet gravity do most of the work and use a minimal effort to achieve a relaxed and professional followthrough. If you consistently hook or slice, you may be putting too much power behind the swing. For the release, let your wrists relax on the downward swing, and follow through naturally. The release is especially important, as it will control hooks and slices and your ability to hit a “pangya” for extra points and distance. If your power bar is steady and centered, you may bring your swing up to the maximum power, press the A button, and release your swing. I find that I often have to rotate my wrists slightly clockwise until things look good. The power bar (it’s white and moves within your swing meter when you move the remote) should be centered on the “pangya” mark and unwavering when you are at rest. Once you’ve lined up your ball’s flight path and are about to take your swing, pay extra attention to your swing meter at the bottom of the screen. This will give you the best orientation for a steady swing-meter within the game. Stand and face 90 degrees from your television screen while planting your feet a little wider than your shoulder width. Now that you’ve resolved to stand, you should know that your stance is very important for consistently powerful and unerring swings. This behavior is what the Wii is all about, and it’s awesome. Stand up, pull your socks up as high as they will go, and roar as you follow through with your swing. My motivation to “wait for the US server to open” is pretty little now that I have something else Pangya related keeping me busy.My first tip would be to tell you that you need to dismiss any notions of using the button-controlled settings or using a “cool guy/gal” swing where you barely flick your wrist with a bored expression from the couch. If by chance our Pangya US accounts aren’t migrated and we start back in S3, I may as well just continue playing my Wii version until US gets season 4. Hitting Tomas/Spikes is nearly impossible right now without using the noob clubs (and even then it’s still pretty difficult cause the keys are so close together.) However I am enjoying the general game concept, and horrible voice actors aside it’s a nice way to play Pangya without dealing with AFFers and poorly run game companies. The game also has fun mini-games you can play with others which reminded me a lot of season 4’s Approach Mission as well as the warps from Lost Seaway (perhaps these were an inspiration?)Īnyway overall the game is fun. For some reason the swinging system in Pangya Wii is horrendous so I just ended up using the game pad so that my shoulder wouldn’t fly off. As far as swinging, it was a hell lot easier in Wii Golf. I know it’s a “duh” concept but it’s really refreshing to be able to enjoy all the outfits without having to fork over real cash for them considering I only spend $36 on the game itself. In addition since you “pay for the game” you no longer are restricted to “pang or cookie” items. In other words they are not “level locked” so I was able to buy the china dress set for Hana. What’s fun about Pangya is you can wear any clothes any time. (Hers is decent too.) I kicked Scout's shota ass. Pipin is ok and I just started so I haven’t heard anyone else but Cecilia so far. Also Dolphini sounds like he/she has smoked too many cigarettes rofl. □ Well I honestly don’t mind Quma’s or even Scout’s voices but Hana’s voice makes my ears bleed. Since I got the US version of the game……I had to hear the English voices. The music has a slightly different touch to it but it’s generally the same. A lot of the outfits are the same as well as courses & music. It was a little bit unusual to see the slightly different facial designs from the online game but it’s all good. So even though I got my Wii last week I was stuck playing Wii golf until today when the game finally came □ Anyway since JP wasn’t home I decided to start on story mode or whatnot with Hana. Don't mind the crappy photos I took with my cell phone
